Never too shy to be extraordinary and never too confident to forget his roots, Atticus Wegman was born and raised in a small town in Iowa. Atticus attended Fresno State University where be obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating magna cum laude. After college, Atticus obtained his Master of Arts degree from the University of Iowa and attended Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law for his Juris Doctor degree.

James G. Perry
James G. Perry is a trial and litigation attorney with Atticus Injury Law, with a practice focused on a broad spectrum of personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, government liability, and premises liability. Mr. Perry obtained his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic, Pomona, and later his law degree from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (“Cal”), which has consistently ranked among the top law schools in the nation. Mr. Perry also handles products liability actions, as his background in mechanical engineering provides a unique ability to analyze technology-heavy consumer matters. Andrew Ampil
Andrew Ampil is an experienced Paralegal with a background in personal injury, product liability, and government tort liability, and has a broad range in the pre-litigation, litigation and post-litigation processes. He is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton and plays a vital role in the firm’s success by managing the important day-to-day functions, including calendaring, drafting, filing, and serving court documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.

Grant Bettencourt
Grant Bettencourt is “Of Counsel” at Atticus Injury and handles the firm’s criminal related and immigration matters. He discovered his passion for the criminal justice system while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, ultimately authoring his senior thesis on the application of the death penalty in the American criminal justice system. After graduating from University of Oregon with honors, Grant continued to pursue his passion for the law at Chapman University School of Law.
